The hotel is located in a very quiet area, next to the main 'walking street' market as well as the main temples and shopping/restaurant street. Its location within walking distance of a westward-facing gate was decent.

Location: the hotel was just next door to shopping/restaurant street and many temples and the walking street and the centre of the Old Town. We had goodies and coffee at Tree Sis Coffee, it was located around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the venue. Our rooms were immaculately clean with WIFI and a balcony, as example. During our stay at Pissamorn House, we were incredibly impressed with the attention to detail and level of hospitality. The host went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic experience. They provided us with valuable recommendations for local restaurants and coordinated transportation for us, which saved us money. Every morning, a delicious breakfast was prepared for us, including fresh fruits throughout the day. The cleanliness and comfort of the house made us feel right at home. We truly enjoyed our stay at Pissamorn House and would highly recommend it to others.

I really enjoyed Chiang Mai. The hotel was nicely appointed and modern. The room was air-conditioned and well decorated with a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets in the private bathroom. The staff was brilliantly friendly and affable. The venue had a marvellous location, feet from Wat Phra.

The sound insulation was not great, and we could hear our neighbors late at night. The shower water temperature was not ideal.

our stay at the guesthouse was absolutely delightful. george and his wife went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, from picking us up at the bus station to serving us a delicious homemade breakfast every morning. the location was perfect, within walking distance to the old city and other attractions. highly recommended for a wonderful experience in chiang mai.

Spotty wifi connections.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the Old City, which is a great location for sightseeing and exploring. It's also far enough away from the Sunday walking street to be quiet at night. The owners are very accommodating, providing a clean, comfortable room and a good breakfast with fresh fruit.

Some rooms may have poor sound isolation from neighbors, as mentioned in a couple of reviews.
